Through a network of 11 aluminum rolled products facilities, Novelis North America is organized into four business units – can, foil, light gauge and specialty products. These business units manufacture aluminum sheet and light gauge products for beverage cans, containers and packaging; automotive and transportation applications; and various construction and industrial applications.
In addition to being a very efficient producer of highly engineered rolled products, Novelis is also North America’s leading recycler of used beverage cans. Three facilities in North America receive and re-melt post-consumer aluminum. In addition, Novelis has recycle facilities in Brazil, South Korea and the United Kingdom.
Through an efficient can collection network, Novelis is able to recycle aluminum and manufacture sheet for the production of new cans, fill the cans and deliver them to stores in as little as 60 days.
